Where a 3D design, artwork, layout, branding design, or other visual material is provided, the client is responsible for reviewing and approving the final design before production.

Once a design or artwork has been approved for production, changes may result in additional costs and/or affect the delivery timeline.

Exhibition.Market is not responsible for errors that were present in client-approved artwork or information.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide accurate and timely information, including where applicable:

• Logos and brand assets

• Text and content

• Product information

• Dimensions and specifications

• Required approvals

• Other information necessary to complete the project

Delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late information supplied by the client may affect the project schedule.

7. Exhibition Venue and Event Requirements

The client is responsible for providing accurate exhibition and venue requirements where applicable.

Certain venue-related requirements may be controlled by the exhibition organizer, venue operator, or other third parties.

Additional charges may apply for venue-specific requirements, permissions, overtime, electricity, internet, safety compliance, material handling, or other services not included in the agreed quotation.

8. Installation and Dismantling

Where installation and dismantling services are included in the agreed scope, Exhibition.Market will perform them according to the agreed project requirements.

Installation schedules may depend on venue access, organizer permissions, venue rules, working hours, and other external factors.

Exhibition.Market is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the project stage and the services already performed.

Costs already incurred for design, production, materials, printing, transportation, fabrication, manpower, venue-related activities, or third-party services may be non-refundable.

Any refund, if applicable, will be determined according to the agreed quotation, payment terms, and stage of the project.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all website content, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, layouts, designs, and other materials belonging to Exhibition.Market or its licensors, remains protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Clients retain ownership of materials and intellectual property supplied by them.
